It's funny how you never think it will happen to you. Floods, fires,
vandalism, or even that lovely piece of artwork you hid away — but
not well enough — from your pet. It happens more often than you
can imagine.
Property damage can be devastating when it does happen, and it
always takes you by surprise. John Kaczka from Alpine Cleaning and
Restoration knows all about it, and has made it his business to
be better than a shoulder to cry on. He fixes the damage.
"We
average around 75 jobs a month, covering a wide range of restoration
projects," John said. Alpine Cleaning and Restoration has carried
on and developed a service tradition that began in 1949 when his
father opened the doors. In 1980 John bought the company from his
dad and has been slowly and steadily growing it. "With any
restoration project I have the attitude that where there's a will,
there's a way. We can do it, we just have to determine how."
Alpine has the certified personnel and skills to restore buildings
and possessions "to a pre-loss condition where you don't even
know there was damage," John explained.
Alpine's
services are almost too varied to describe. They have a wide range
of specialized equipment from vacuums to special dryers. When a
home has heavy damage, they take the contents of the damaged building,
clean it, dry it, and take care of it in "Pack-out" crate
storage until the building is ready.
"Our motto is: service plus sensitivity plus sincerity = clientele.
Cascade amplifies that and helps us to stay on track." John
chose Cascade bank "because my personal banker at my old bank
went away and my personal service went away and I became a number.
I couldn't get anything to happen, absolutely nothing. It was like
talking to a tree. Then I moved my accounts to Cascade and it's
been a great working relationship ever since."
Cascade Bank shares John's can-do attitude. John said, "I
was traveling in Oregon looking for a company truck. I found the
perfect truck and figured I could put the expense on a credit card,
but the truck dealer wouldn't do it. I wanted to drive the truck
back with me and avoid the extra trip. I didn't know what to do
so I called Cascade. They told me to hand the phone to the financial
person. 5 minutes later the dealer hung up the phone and said "sign
here and here, here's the keys, good-bye." Cascade had arranged
a bank transfer with my Line of Credit and I was out of there in
15 minutes. It was really special, like magic. I really appreciate
that kind of relationship."
Cascade Bank works hard to provide that kind of magic. Our team
of experienced business bankers are well equipped to help Alpine
Cleaning and Restoration with their financial needs. That way John
Kaczka and his team can focus on restoring their customer's homes
and dreams back to their original glory. |
